Ok... I'l explain

Oily skin has a Ph* of 9 ... Thus it is very basic

Dry skin has a Ph of 3... Thus it is very acidic

Normal skin ( the flawless one) has a PH of 5.5

SOOO WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEANS?

Well if you want to have that none pimple, none itchy, perfect looking skin your skin's ph has to reach a level of 5.5. The only way to obtain this Ph level is to even out your own Ph so that it comes as close as it can to 5.5. To do this we SHALL use :

THE UNIVERSAL SOLVENT* WHICH HAS A PERFECT NEUTRAL PH LEVEL of 7 >>> WATER !!!!

That is why MOST if not ALL skin care products are made with the help of WATER as a Solvent*
